Log4Shell (Official Name CVE-2021-44228) is a Zero Day Vulnerability that has been found by Players of the popular Video Game Minecraft.
Experts quickly found out, that this Exploit is found in the Java logging Module Log4j and existed since 2013
A lot of popular Software is using this Module, such as the Apache Webserver who are also the Developer of Log4j
Due to the high popularity of the Module, this Vulnerability was rated 10, the highest Score for a Vulnerability, by the CVSS
It affected an estimated 90% of Enterprice Solutions. A Patch has been rolled out by many Security Researchers and Apache has also released a official Patch
